Important information about our sessions
Getting to your session
Luma Room is located within Barkly Health Suites. The address is Suite 11, Level 1, 70 Sydney Road, Brunswick, 3056. The entrance is on the corner (please be aware, there are two entrances). When you arrive, you can enter a code provided to you via a welcome email once you have confirmed a booking. You will come into a shared reception area. When it is time for your appointment, your therapist will come and collect you from there. The room is up one flight of stairs. If you have access requirements, please let us know.
The cost of your session
We have a flat rate of $250.00 per 50 minute session and $275.00 per session after hours (any session beginning at 5pm or after).
Cancellation policy
Your appointment is specially reserved for you. Advanced notice is appreciated for cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
There is no fee for appointments changed more than 48 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or non-attendance, the full appointment fee will be automatically deducted on the day of your appointment.
If you are running late, please be aware that your therapist is usually unable to run overtime due to other appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that your therapist only takes on a certain number of clients at a time with the aim of being able to offer regular appointments and provide quality care to you. If possible, sticking to your appointment times or rescheduling within the same week or fortnight where available is appreciated. If you feel ready to attend less frequently or would like to take a break or finish up, please let us know.
Rebates
As the relationship is the client in relationship therapy, unfortunately individual mental health care plans are not applicable for sessions. Medicare does not subsidise couples+ therapy sessions at this time.
If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates depending on your policy and which clinician you choose.
