While Medicare rebates are not available for couples+ therapy, some clients claim session on their private health insurance. If you are an eligible clinician (e.g., a psychologist) and would like to be able to offer these rebates, you require a provider number.

Your provider number will be different for each location you practice, so you'll need to apply for one using the location ID specific to Luma Room.

The location ID is CLK87225 for Luma Room at The Nightingale (Unit 108/217 Albion Street, Brunswick VIC 3056)

Via your PRODA (Provider Digital Access) account, you can access HPOS (Health Professional Online Services) which is where you apply for your provider number.

Step 1: Log in to PRODA

Step 2: Enter HPOS (if this is not already set up, link your registration to gain access).

Step 3: Navigate to 'My Details' then 'My Digital Provider Number Registration' and select 'Apply'.

Step 4: Complete the online form and submit for processing.
