While ongoing sessions with your couples+ therapist can offer a regular space to navigate your relationship and tend to any therepeautic goals you might have, sometimes it can be hard to make time or to know how to really nurture yourselves outside of these sessions. Also, by the time couples+ engage in therapy sessions, they may already feeling a little disconnected.
Retreats offer a chance to reset and reconnect.
Retreats are specifically designed by a clinical psychologist to offer protected, dedicated time that is focused on nurturing connection and fostering warmth within your relationship. We hold space for the challenges we may be hoping to overcome, but direct our energy primarily towards reconnection, restoration, refilling the relationship cup, and perhaps beginning to regulate and rewire our nervous systems to help support our individual and relational wellbeing.
Tapping into the multiple layers of wellbeing, a registered therapist will be available to check in with you both individually and together, and make a plan for self and co-soothing. You will also have the opportunity to engage in a program of group offerings if you would like to do so, drawing upon things such as somatic and movement based therapies, art therapy, and eco-therapy at our nature-based location.
All inclusive so that you might feel supported to tend to reconnection, without anywhere else to be or anything else you need to do.
